Prayer for protection
God, hear my prayer and pay attention to my cry!
O king and my God, listen to my cry. I pray to you, Lord, you hear my cry and every morning I pray to you and I wait.
Because you, O God, hate evil and sinners have no way to your court. The arrogant will not stand before you, and you hate all the wicked. You destroy liars, and you hate murderous and deceitful people.
But because of your great love, I can enter your house and worship you with reverence in your holy temple. God, I have many enemies, guide me to the path of truth and justice.
Prayer for protection
There is no truth in their mouths, their hearts are full of evil, their throats are like graves, and they have hypocritical tongues.
O Allah, punish them for their deeds and trap them in their own trap. Drive them out of your court because of their disobedience, because they have rebelled against you.
But make happy those who take refuge in you so that they will sing of happiness forever. Because you are their refuge. Fill the hearts of those who love you with happiness. Because you, O God, bless the righteous and defend them with the shield of your love.
