Christian prayer Dear friend, if you are struggling in the choppy waves of anxiety or the deep, dark sea of depression, my heart goes out to you. While I personally do not know what you are going through, I can testify that you are not alone.
Even better, I can assure you that God is not only with you, but He goes before you (Deuteronomy 31:8). Fortunately, we serve a God who meets us exactly where we are, with all the hurts, pains, sorrows and all.
Prayer of faith in times of uncertainty in Christianity

Merciful and merciful God, I come to you in a situation full of uncertainty. My life seems to be meaningless at this moment and countless questions fill my heart. I will come to your door in time of need. I need you badly.

Faithful Father, you tell us in your word that you desire the essence of our hearts (Proverbs 23:26), but as you know very well, my heart is currently suffering and leading me astray. Please protect me from this mess.
Protect me from the darkness that surrounds me. Please stand by my side and go before me, and show me the way, Lord.
Please forgive me when my heart grows weak and weak, and turns to the ways of the flesh in search of false peace and comfort. Help me to look to you when my heart is tired and find refuge in you. I love you, Lord. Amen

Merciful God of Jesus Christ, I long for transformation and renewal. I know it starts with my thoughts. While I want to let go of my old self and be the person You created me to be, full of truth and light, I unfortunately fall into despair and often believe the false thoughts of the enemy.
Therefore, God, when I fall short, give in to destructive thoughts and submit myself to you, I first ask for your forgiveness.
I seek your power that comes in the form of the Holy Spirit. Help me lead, guide, guide and transform my mind. Let me reflect on what is right, good, pure and right. I ask this in your precious name. Amen
Prayer for healing the body
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalms 147:3)
Lord, thank you so much that you are not only our source of hope, but also our ultimate healing. Not only is my heart aching and my mind struggling with wrong thoughts, but my body is tired, worn out and in need of repair.
This anxiety and depression has led to physical suffering, so I humbly submit to You and seek Your mighty hand to revive me.
Please show me the areas in my life where I can spend time tending to this temple (body) that you have so graciously given me. I am eager to take care of it and do good works in your name. Thank you for your mercy and grace. Amen
